We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Tools We Use

Third-Party Services

We use Fathom Analytics for website traffic analysis. Fathom is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No personal information is tracked or stored by Fathom.

PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics and event tracking. PostHog captures events such as form submissions and button interactions to help us understand how our site is used. PostHog uses IP-based distinct IDs for user identification and may set cookies for session tracking. No personally identifiable information from form submissions is sent to PostHog.

Slack

When you submit a contact form, the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is sent to a private Slack channel via a secure webhook. This is used solely for internal team notification so we can respond to your inquiry promptly. Your data is not shared with Slack for any other purpose.

Cookies

Cookies and Tracking

Our primary analytics tool, Fathom Analytics, is entirely cookieless. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising-related cookies.

PostHog may set cookies on your device for session tracking purposes. These cookies are used to understand how you navigate our site during a session and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our internal communication tools (Slack) for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence.

Analytics data collected by Fathom and PostHog is retained according to each provider’s data retention policies. Fathom does not retain personal data. PostHog event data is retained in accordance with our PostHog account settings.

Rate-limiting data (IP addresses) is held in server memory only and is discarded when the server restarts. It is not written to any persistent storage.
